Return policy: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

We hope that you are enjoying your socks, in the event that you don't, we will be happy to exchange your unworn, undamaged item in original packaging within 15 days of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are only able to exchange items that are purchased directly through www.jrpsocks.com.


In the event that an exchange is not possible, returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
